Coke brazier - 2011
The coke brazier was created for the exhibition Just a Thing, curated by Agnieszka Jacobson-Cielecka, which invited designers to reinterpret an ordinary object within clearly defined design constraints. Participants were asked to adapt their works to a standardized crate, establishing a shared formal and logistical framework. Referencing the classic form of a coke brazier, the object is enhanced with mobility, a grill, and a pull-out handle that also functions as a coal poker, balancing between a familiar archetype and a contemporary reflection on function and use.
